
Executive Chef
Chef/Owner Kristen Flores-Fratto focuses on simple natural ingredients,
and uses her Mediterranean background to bring authentic old world
flavors to local cuisine. Her long stints as Executive Chef at Pomodoro
and Brio encouraged her love for those flavors, and at The Gate House,
she and her husband/partner bring them to you in popular American
dishes.
The menu includes gourmet burgers, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza,
wood-fired wings, a gourmet garbage plate, homemade desserts and fresh
salads - regional food at its best! Some of Kristen’s specialties are
“The Wease” Burger, with smoked mozzarella, fried onions, and
horseradish steak sauce, the “Park Ave” Pizza, with olive oil, hummus,
rosemary, goat cheese and grilled vegetables, Mini-Burgers and Garlic
Rosemary Fries with meat hot sauce, fried onions and cheddar.
